I don't hear much about Turbo Timers anymore but I am positive they prolonged the life of my last Turbo as it went bad only a few short months after it was ripped off by some cowardly untalented smash and grab thief, that also stole my radio and probably had no idea what the little Apexi display even was (that's why they didn't bother with the black box it was attached to).

So now today I just bought the 2010 Subaru Impreza WRX STI SE Spec C (GR body for those of you keeping track). So this is my first incision into my STI.

I chose the HKS because it was simple, inexpensive and illumination matched the red STI interior lighting. Others have more features and hook up similarly. The available wiring harness made installation take about 20 minutes.
